120 employees.
40 experimenting.
And it’s all trapped in private tabs.

This isn’t an AI problem. It’s a knowledge management problem.

When everyone has the same tools, the advantage doesn’t come from better models or better prompts. It comes from how fast you turn scattered personal hacks into a repeatable way of working.

Most firms are failing because they’re treating AI like software distribution.
“Give everyone an account” feels like progress.
But nothing compounds.

The part people miss is that workflows are the product, not the output.
In a normal week, someone in Ops figures out a clean way to summarize vendor contracts, extract renewal terms, and flag risk. Someone in Sales finds a sequence that turns messy call notes into a usable follow-up. Someone in Finance builds a check that catches invoice errors before they hit the ledger.
If those don’t become shared assets, you’ve just paid for 40 different R&D projects with zero integration.

This is where teams fool themselves: they confuse adoption with capability.
What matters is “can the next person start from what we already learned?”
