Systems.
Strategy.
Second-order effects.
Future scenarios.
Trade-offs.

After hours of thinking at that altitude, the best reset is the opposite:

A motorcycle ride with no objective.

Just twisties.
No podcasts.
No “content.”

Riding demands full embodied attention.
You cannot half-focus through a corner.

It clears cognitive residue better than passive rest ever could.
