Always refreshing to work with non-tech founders. The problems are different. Less about tools, more about decisions that actually shape outcomes.

What stood out this time was the diversity. Completely different markets, products, and team dynamics. No reusable playbook, just fundamentals applied under different constraints.

I enjoy these sessions for a simple reason. It is one of the few environments where you can have an honest impact early, before teams lock themselves into the wrong path.

Also a reminder of how much talent is coming out of the Italian startup ecosystem. Strong ideas, strong ambition, and a clear willingness to challenge assumptions.
