Maybe an app is the right answer. Maybe it's the most expensive distraction they could pick.
Don't get me wrong, I love apps and have been building them since 2010, but there's no way to know without a diagnosis.
AI will happily execute. It will build fast, optimize hard, and ship confidently. Even if the problem itself is wrong.
Efficiency applied to the wrong problem just accelerates failure.
What actually creates leverage isn't the solution. It's understanding why the problem exists in the first place.
Only after that does it make sense to talk about options. Sometimes that option is an app. Often, it's something else.
