The Second Opinion

For owners and CEOs about to spend serious money on software, AI, an app, or a vendor.
An independent answer before the money moves.

Bring Me the Decision LinkedIn

When a client hands you a six-figure software contract

You are the person the owner calls the week before the money moves. The contract lands on your desk, or the proposal shows up in next year's budget, and the question is some version of: does this make sense? You can read the numbers. Nobody in the room can read the technology, and the vendor is not going to help.

What I do for your client

$5,000 · two weeks · one decision

I review the one decision, independently: vendor and agency proposals, development contracts, AI initiatives, app and software builds, platform switches, projects that are late. The client gets a written verdict and a call where I defend it. You get a client who did not sign the wrong thing on your watch, and a technical read you can put next to your own.

What I do not do

I do not sell software, development, or a retainer. There is nothing behind the recommendation, which is the only reason it is worth having.

I do not pay or take referral fees. Your client pays me directly, the fee is fixed, and if the decision does not need me I say so on the first call. Your relationship stays yours.

Who this suits

CPAs and fractional CFOs with owner-operated clients. Business attorneys reviewing SaaS, development or licensing agreements who want the technical half of the exit clause read. Peer-group chairs whose members bring the same $300,000 question every few months. M&A advisors mid-diligence who need to know what the target's software is actually worth.

Send an intro, or have the client send me the decision directly. I reply within a day with whether a review makes sense, or that it does not.
